Ah, the Ford Mustang, one of the most beautiful cars in the world  It certainly has a long history, with the first model being produced in 1964.  The 1965 Mustang, however, is arguably one of the best Ford ever came out with.

Not many people know this, but the Mustang was Ford's most successful car launch since their Model A car. The car itself is what began the war of the cars, with other car dealers coming out with their models to attempt to compete with the mustang (cars like the Camaro, Javelin, and the Barracuda). Out of all of those, however, the Mustang is the only "pony car" (sports cars with long hoods and short rears) to stay in production year after year without interruption.
